All orders are processed within a maximum of 48 hours and approximate delivery times are 6/8 working days.

The courier varies based on the product purchased. We use different couriers to minimize shipping costs and times. Once the order has been placed, the customer will be sent an email containing the tracking code and the name of the courier used.

The package must be accepted or rejected and if there is visible damage, the package must be accepted with reserve.
The delivery service is a standard service with no guaranteed delivery times. The days indicated for the service are those reached on average. The sender company does not take responsibility for any delays and costs. It is necessary to communicate the problem to ShopNova s.r.l.s. within 24 hours. Therefore, for each opening of a complaint the following information is necessary: Description of the damage

Right of withdrawal for the consumer (Legislative Decree 206/2005)

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 30 days, but in accordance with the legislation on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree 21/14 implementing the EU Directive 2011/83 on consumer rights of 13/6 /2014), since the goods received conform to what was ordered, the actual transport costs for the return are the responsibility of the Customer. Therefore, once we have regained possession of the goods, we will charge you for the transport costs and will refund you the difference. To exercise the right of withdrawal, we kindly ask you to send:

- 1 photo of the item repackaged and ready for collection
- communication of the requested collection date, weekends excluded.
Once we have received what you requested, we will book the collection and send you the label to print and place on the package. The goods must be returned intact, complete in all their parts, after which their entirety will be checked and verified.

ShopNova s.r.l.s., owner of this site, will carry out the refund within 14 days after the return of the goods, using the same payment method chosen by the customer during the purchase phase, excluding credit card.

Conformity defects

In the event of receipt of products that do not conform to the orders or are defective, the customer has the right to have the conformity of the product restored free of charge by repairing or replacing the product. The customer can exercise this right if the defect appears within two years of delivery of the goods and reports the defect to ShopNova s.r.l.s. within two months from the date on which the consumer discovered said defect. The warranty is not applicable if the defect is caused by negligence, carelessness in the use and maintenance of the product or of any other kind that is not compliant with regulations.
