The following conditions of sale are valid exclusively between the company ShopNova s.r.l.s (see info on Legal Notes), hereinafter referred to as “ShopNova s.r.l.s” and any person who makes online purchases on the website with the domain eexera.com and each of its subdomains hereinafter referred to as ' 'CUSTOMER''. These conditions may be subject to changes and the date of their publication on the site is equivalent to the date of entry into force.

By accessing the Site and making a purchase, each CUSTOMER declares to have read, understood and known these ShopNova s.r.l.s Conditions of Sale and to accept them without reservation.

Object of the contract

With these general conditions of sale, ShopNova s.r.l.s sells and the CUSTOMER remotely purchases the tangible movable goods indicated and offered for sale on the eexera.com website or each of its subdomains. The contract is concluded exclusively through the internet, through the CUSTOMER's access and the creation of a purchase order according to the procedure provided by the site itself.

The CUSTOMER undertakes to read these general conditions of sale before confirming their order.

Method of Stipulation of the Contract

The sales contract is considered concluded with the sending by ShopNova s.r.l.s to the CUSTOMER of an order confirmation email.

ShopNova s.r.l.s undertakes to describe and present the items sold on the site in the best possible way. Nonetheless, some errors, inaccuracies or small differences between the site and the actual product may appear. Furthermore, the photographs of the products presented on eexera.com and each of its subdomains do not constitute a contractual element, as they are only representative.
